At Terra Officium & Opes Officium, our focus is outside of traditional investing.

Our investment objective is to focus on assets that supplements an individual’s current financial portfolio. The assets we focus on must be unique, provide an attractive return and align with an individual’s investment objective.

With our focus on real estate and real estate derivative products, our rate of return is realized twice. 

Our first rate of return (short term) is realized through our direct investment in tax delinquent properties, through interest earned or profit directly generated from the sale of the property.  

Our second rate of return (long term) is realized through the communities we invest in. By bringing properties back onto current tax rolls, we help communities meet their annual expenditures for services such as schools, infrastructure maintenance/improvements, firefighters, and much more.

With both short- and long-term goals combined, local communities are directly impacted by receiving the much-needed tax revenue to fund their expenditures.

With our focus on commodities and futures investments, we compliment an individuals investment portfolio by providing exposure to the agricultural and precious metals market, providing a hedging strategy for possibly an inverse relationship to the stock and bond market.

In 2012, with an initial investment of $700 and no prior experience/knowledge in real estate, Mariusz purchased his first real estate property in Colorado. As Mariusz continued to learn more about real estate and investments, he grew his portfolio to include properties and tax liens in Indiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, New York and Texas. Seeing a need by Americans looking to achieve their American dream of owning real estate, Mariusz was able to provide clients competitively priced real estate, well below fair market value. With his client’s well being in mind, Mariusz was able to expand his venture by providing owner financing with no fees/interest charged, to help them meet their American dream.

With his ingenuity, Mariusz was able to quickly seize opportunities, such as acquiring real estate at unheard of prices or successfully removing almost $2 million dollars in delinquent property taxes and putting properties back into active tax rolls.

With his success, Mariusz’s philanthropic work is seen through his volunteer work and real estate donations made to Habitat for Humanity.

Mariusz continues to strive to provide all of his clients and investors an opportunity to invest in real estate, that’s not readily available. With his candid upfront persona and striving to exceed his client’s fiduciary duty, Mariusz will always be on the lookout for your best interest.
